As Facilities Lead you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. You will perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Facilities Lead or a similar role.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.
• Knowledge of DOSH, DOE, and other environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
• Project management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong in leadership and teamwork.
• Physically strong, hardworking, and the ability to lead a small group of cleaners. security.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office will be an added advantage.
• Good, effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu or bilingual will be an added advantage.
