Job Description

We are looking for a team member into the Marketing department to lead the Consumer Relations and execute the Project Management for the new products. The role is responsible for the South Central Europe / SCE cluster (Romania, Greece, Bulgaria).

The position is responsible for building, retaining and strengthening trusted relations with the consumers within the SCE countries. Also, responsible for leading the execution / implementation of the approved innovations agenda in the countries.

The role reports to the Marketing Director SCE, closely working with the Global Consumer care function, as well as cross functionally (for the innovations execution). The key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage the consumer retention campaigns and initiatives
  • Work closely with the (third party) Consumer Care Centers, Marketing and Shopper Marketing to develop and maintain a consumer-focused attitude towards activities
  • Develop a consumer science / insight intelligence to understand the consumer interaction with the products, packs and brands
  • Investigate and solve the consumers’ inquiries, complaints and suggestions
  • Involvement into the recruitment and training of the staff for the consumer care centers to deliver a high standard the consumer service
  • Lead execution of the new products / changes to the current portfolio projects from the approval stage to the launch into the market
  • Organize the local innovation approval meetings as a part of the global approval process

 

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about coffee, passionate about consumers and enjoying networking
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Marketing Consumer experience preferably in FMCG environment; experience with e-commerce consumer care is much welcomed
  • Excellent communication skills; experience / skills to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Appreciation for a fast pace and multitasking working enviroment
  • Project management skills will be considered an asset
  • Fluent in Romanian & English
