Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist Romania to join our Customer Service team in Romania (Bucharest) and help maximizing our customer service experience.

The Customer Service Specialist role is responsible for ensuring that all orders and deliveries issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service.

Main responsibilities of the role, reporting to Customer Service Manager:

  • Order Processing;
  • Communicate to customers all logistic data, price changes, promotions and allocations;
  • Process customer invoices;
  • Resolve Customer Complaints;
  • Delivery management.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about customer
  • Be a good listener and results-oriented
  • Appreciate a fast pace and enjoy handling calls and enquiries on a daily basis
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience
  • You are fluent in Romanian & English
