Job Description

Our Customer Relations Specialist provides a complete order process and customer service facility to all of our JDE customers (internal and external). In this role you will ensure that all order and delivery issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times by:

  • Processing customer orders according to targets
  • Ensuring the number of end user customers are on target
  • Handling calls and enquiries daily according to the defined target

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Customer Service (email, phone, walk in, eCom platform) 
  • Processing orders in SAP 
  • Data Entry and Reporting 
  • Liaising with couriers, caterers etc 
  • Supporting Operations and Sales Teams
  • Picking and packing orders as needed

For this role as a Customer Relations Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Flexible, adaptable and capable of working at pace 
  • Open to change and trying new things
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail 
  • Be able to work under pressure and remain calm, managing multiple things at once 
  • Tech savvy - be able to keep up with phones ringing, emails coming in and Teams Chats
  • Articulate - strong communication skills are essential
