Job Description

The Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist is part of the Global Media & Digital team. This role is responsible for ensuring the JDE martech, processes and competences are fit for purpose to deliver on our marketing ambition. This entails partnering up with IT and brand teams to deliver the right Martech implementation, embedding the digital ways of working into the integrated communication framework and driving the right trainings so that every marketeer at JDE is ready to adopt and embrace digital.

Responsibilities: 
•    Responsible from JDE Martech tool strategy for Retail Marketing by voicing the business requirements, working with IT and Procurement to identify the right technology products solutions and ensuring these integrate together to deliver an omnichannel experience.
•  In this role you will be guiding the Martech solution roadmap on behalf central marketing, together with the central Data and Media  team. You will be looking for the best, future-proof scalable solutions for our markets and brands, while also testing and piloting new innovative solutions.
• Continuously work with markets and central teams to identify digital opportunities and prioritize the digital portfolio to ensure we are meeting our communication objectives. You will be a key stakeholder to IT to ensure the right resourcing is in place for project delivery. 
• Embed digital into the existing marketing processes to ensure the tools in place are utilized by the organization in an optimal way and there is clarity into the roles and responsibilities surrounding digital tooling. 
• Ensuring there is clarity on the operating model and governance behind digital channels such as web, apps, CRM, email marketing, ratings and reviews, WTB, social media channels and drive integrated touchpoint planning including paid media.
• Work with broader team to ensure strong digital analytics are part of the overall measurement and analytics agenda within media & digital. Monitor quality/performance of digital channels and bringing this back into both the Martech solution roadmaps and the communications planning.
•Deploying the digital tools to ensure adoption in market, designing training to increase the digital maturity in the organization.

Qualifications

•    Solid base (5+ years’ experience) in the Digital domain in complex, matrix type organizations matched with a passion for marketing and brand building, 
•   Knowledge and experience managing a diverse set of digital marketing capabilities and touchpoints, such as website, CRM, marketing automation, search optimization tools, dynamic content tools, Where to Buy, Rating and reviews and social media management tools.
•  Product knowledge of marketing technology suite products, preferably with hands on experience on existing landscape (Episerver, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Swaven, Magento, VWO, Blueconic, Semrush, Jotjar)
•    Experience of developing consumer facing digital experiences with a keen eye of understanding business, brand and  IT requirements. In this role you will be the connecting link between marketing and the IT organization.
•   Highly creative in identifying solutions to complex problems and turning brand needs into business solutions across digital channels that utilize the right IT solutions. 
•  Ability to identify business needs across markets and to prioritize roadmaps for development taking scale into account.
•   Strong knowledge and experience in designing, mapping and operating processes in a global corporate environment. 
•    Self-motivated and proactive, you have a proven track record of initiating and driving change successfully
•    Demonstrating excellent communication, strategic & analytical skills, successful management experience in company focused on growth
•   Proven experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders with different levels of digital maturity. Knows how to adapt communication style and facilitate team work and collaboration
•    Fluent in English
