Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Technician to represent the company not only through their technical skills and previous coffee experience, but also by being an ambassador for who we are and what we do.
 

What do we do?  Coffee!

This role will service our entire range of machines, of which there is a lot! So being tech savvy, with a drive to learn and develop in this role is a must.

To be the best Service & Installation Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • EAS qualified with current Electrical Practising License is essential
  • Full clean drivers license
  • Previous experience working in the coffee industry, servicing and problem solving issues with coffee machinery
  • Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training, travel and potential for further higher education
  • Absolute customer focus as you will be on site trouble shooting and servicing equipment. 
  • A passion and a hunger to learn the in’s & out’s of coffee - extraction, temperature, grind etc.
  • Candidates must be located in New Zealand and have working rights.
