Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist is a critical role, supporting our Country Manager NZ and the wider sales teams.

Attention to detail, high levels of communication and exceptional administrative and executive assistant skills will be required to manage and coordinate multiple and varied touchpoints within the Sales and Management Teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assistant to the Country Manager and partnering with him on confidential matters
  • Managing all correspondence, meeting preparation, follow up and general administration on behalf of the Country Manager
  • Manage and coordinate overall team operational calendar, including travel
  • Assist with preparation and running of reports, ensuring company deadlines are strictly adhered to
  • Arrange meetings, workshops, team events and annual coffee conference
  • Implement new policies and procedures
  • Assist with sales and Technical equipment register (ER) and ER process requirements
  • Purchase orders and goods receipting
  • Assist and support Trade Marketing
  • Fleet management

To be the best  Sales Support Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • At least four (4) years previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Sales Support or Sales Administration role
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to work with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Power BI highly advantageous
  • Full New Zealand working rights
