Job Description

This is a newly created senior Sales Leadership role, reporting to the Country Manager. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Refining the business strategy and gaining stakeholder buy in 
  • Coaching, mentoring and leading a Sales and Technical team to be accountable and deliver strong results 
  • Contribute to long term business planning 
  • Financial results of business channel - understanding commercial drivers and making sound business decisions 
  • Process discipline and continuous improvement 
  • Influencing within a globally matrixed business environment 
  • Forecasting accuracy

In this role as our new National Sales Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Sound commercial and financial acumen (understanding COGS, drivers of P&L etc)
  • A coaching & inspirational leadership style with a focus on results, accountability and engagement 
  • Ability to navigate a globally matrixed business environment 
  • Customer focus and willingness to engage at all levels 
  • Digital  / eCom understanding and interest 
  • Foodservice / FMCG industry experience 
  • Strong process discipline and advocate of CI 
  • Ideally experience working with  / leading cross functional teams (eg Category, Marketing, Technical etc)
  • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce (or related field)
