We are looking for a passionate, talented and agile thinking Product Design Intern starting in September 2021 for a period of 6 months (full time) to support our Front End Innovation team (please be aware it’s not a graduation project). As a Product design intern you will be working on exploratory projects and early prototyping of conceptual ideas. You will have the opportunity to work on global projects and to leave your mark on multiple enterprise programs. 

The ideal candidate exhibits excellent lateral thinking and creativity, along with a good level of product development, rapid prototyping and communications skills (verbal, visual and writing).  

You will be part of the Front end innovation Team where you will support in: 

• exploration projects and initiatives by visualising potential propositions for Coffee & Tea. 

• scout trends and what happens in other industries  

• early rapid prototyping 

• support ideation session and visualise results 

• Pursuing an accredited degree in Product Design. 

• Good level of food science understanding and able to communicate ideas at any level. 

• A passion for innovation and exploring new opportunities. 

• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated. 

To be successful in this role you need to be enrolled at a University/HBO, studying Product Design for the whole duration of the internship. Please note that non-EU students enrolled in EU University should have right to work for the whole extend of the internship. 

You are highly motivated, an excellent communicator, fluent in English, inquisitive, analytical and prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. 

The monthly internship allowance is € 450,- for a HBO student or € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The internship starts at the beginning of September 2021, and is for a period of 6 months. 

Timeline: 

• May: Application stage 

• Mid-June: Video Interviews 

• June-July: Contract stage 

• Beginning of September: Start of internship
