We are looking for a Field Sales Representative with a base in Uppsala.

Job Description

The Field Sales Representative Professional is accountable for the revenue and profitability of a defined geographical territory – Region Uppsala.  The Field Sales Representative does this by engaging existing customers, generating new business opportunities, obtaining new orders and establishing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain new and repeat orders by visiting customers within a defined geographical territory according to the locally defined Customer Contact Strategy and customer contracts.
  • Drive incremental revenue and profit by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
  • Identify new customers in the priority segments and secure contracted deals.
  • Provide key customer / segment insights to the Segment Manager.
  • Ensure overdue payments from customers are minimized by regular and appropriate customer follow up.
  • Ensure (new and existing) customer data is always accurate and complete in the CRM.

Qualifications

For this role as a Field Sales Rep, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years commercial experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Solid selling skills - proven sales track record
  • Good P&L understanding
  • Demonstrated drive, confidence and resilience
  • Customer-first mindset
  • You have good communication skills, written & spoken
  • Valid local driver’s licence
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
  • Nice to have - FMCG experience
