Job Description

The exponential growth of technology has made IT one of the critical success factors for every business function within JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. To enable IT as a competitive advantage, we are transforming our IT department towards a real business partner. The department of Global Information Services (GIS), administers this in 5 expertise areas: Retail, Professional, Supporting Functions R&D and Operations, Service & Operations, Strategy & Planning.    

The Global IT (GIT) Business Process Manager (BPM) is a key associate in the Technical Integration (TI) CoE team within the Global Information Services (GIS) department and is responsible for providing integration solutions to various business requirements as part of the global team.

The GIT BPM TI reports directly to the GIT CoE Technical Integration Manager and does not have any direct reports.
 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Live the Company Values–simplicity, entrepreneurship, accountability, discipline & solidarity
  • Advising JDE business and IT leadership on the global IT strategy for our Integration platform
  • Delivering repeatable and robust integration delivery capabilities for our business processes
  • Ensuring an efficient cost-for-value template in our Integration area
  • Maintaining our agility to upgrade, integrate and maintain our systems easily.

Qualifications

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Academic Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Computer Science or information systems discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud integration tool (preferably Dell Boomi) working on blueprinting, design, build, test, deployment & operations
  • Experience in interacting with 3rd party application providers, product vendors, external consultants and system integrators
  • Advisory role on integration solution design, build & maintenance and demonstrated ability to perform the role of a solution architect/technical manager
  • Experience in business processes related to Supporting Functions – Finance, HR etc.
