Job Description

HR Business Partner - a generalist who is accountable for executing the HR agenda including people aspects as compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, labor relations and associate engagement.

Role & Responsibilities
-
Improve and implement the specific HR policy, processes within the scope of the organizational culture and structure.

- Responsible for executing of employee life cycle agenda from hire to retire: Recruitment, onboarding process, compensation and benefits to retirement. 

- Provides knowledge regarding employee engagement issues, organizational structures and change projects.

- Functions as an internal/external contact point for HR legislation issues/questions and HR global project implemetation.

- Provides knowledge to the local management in managing labor relations & compliance with labour law.

Qualifications

Education: University, Master Degree

Experience:  at least 5 years of experience in HR.

 Must have:
- Knowledge of HR processes & tools;
- Proven experience in project management;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and HR tools.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English.

Nice to have:
- FMCG experience;
- Experience in an international environment.
