Job Description

In your role as Global HR Data & Application Specialist, you will be a part of the HR team dedicated to the management and support of HR technology & data. You will be the global owner of one of the applications within the scope of the HR technology team. Additionally, a key aspect of your role will revolve around people analytics.

You will drive business impact by generating insights as well as enabling others to gain the knowledge necessary to work with data. The team is on a continuous journey to improve the user experience and HR technology landscape; meaning that you will participate in these projects and in some cases lead them.

In your role as the Global HR Data & Application Specialist you will drive engagement in the country HR key-user community by offering trainings, assistance and support in solving issues (ongoing and in projects).

By monitoring the interfaces between the systems, identifying root cause issues and driving enhancements, you will ensure a world-class experience for our associates. Your opinion counts, we’ll rely on you to provide input to the HR Process owners on relevant process improvements, problem solving and template safeguarding.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree, combined with at least 2 years of functional experience in working with systems & data. Perhaps you are now the Key User on a country or regional level and would like to make a step up to a global scope. Or you have been actively involved in system implementation/data projects as part of your role and would like to extend that further.

You’re now ready for the second or third step in your career. During the first steps you’ve discovered your affinity with systems and you’ve leveraged your structured way of thinking into improving them. You have a strong drive, a can-do mentality and you never stop learning.

At JDE we work with systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, SAP HR, Crunchr & Condeco. Should you have prior experience with these, it’s definitely beneficial, but not a must-have. Your attitude & mentality are what will make the difference.
