Job Description

 

  • Control over customers credit limits, сontrol and manage customers overdue
  • Review and approve customers credit limits
  • Bank operations management in foreign currency - purchases and trading
  • Control of primary document flow related to FG in the company warehouses 
  • Sales returns check (return, value adjustments, amount) and offset them in the system
  • Accuracy of monthly reconciliation of accounts other sales, conducts clearing prepayment export
  • Monthly prepares data for statistical reporting forms
  • Analysis and control validation forms for creating new customers in SAP according to local procedures
  • Control of correctness, timeliness and closing transactions of revenue recognition in SAP
  • Prepare period end financial and analytical reports for actual data, other reports for management
  • Takes part in the closing period, according to Ukrainian corporate and requirements of AR and storage of finished products
  • Compliance with corporate, accounting and tax accounting
  • Identifies and pursues continuous improvement activities within their span of control and influence
  • Ensure timely completion of daily/monthly GL reconciliations and accounting entries
  • Assist management on responding to inquiries from internal and external auditors
  • Full match with IFRS policies and procedure
  • Backup for identified area

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Accounting
  • Analytical and mathematical skills;  Accurate;
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional teams;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, result orientation, be persuasive and cooperative;
  • Process driven
  • English – Intermediate
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, preferred SAP
