Job Description

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist while our colleague is away on maternity leave, so are you our new star?
The role would suit someone with an interest in data and detail and someone with a positive, can do spirit. 
As part of the digital marketing team, reporting to the digital marketing manager, you will help support the sales organisation in driving high quality leads and achieving our business targets. You will work across the marketing team, to improve how we engage with prospects and customers across all digital channels including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media and other digital advertising opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer, collaborative, curious by nature, analytical and focused on driving results that will ensure the department delivers on its KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage our lead generation plans and operations including campaign creation, execution, reporting, and analysis;
  • Manage reporting and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI;
  • Build and optimize B2B paid social media ad campaigns, including keyword generation, bid management, budget management, track and analyse performance, and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain social media sites, manages content calendar and identify new content opportunities.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement test initiatives such as landing page and ad copy A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Understand and maximise the customer journey across all channels, website and digital tools.
  • Actively contributing to the team’s projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2+ years experience in digital marketing, prior experience with B2B lead generation is preferred.
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Takes ownership of given responsibilities and delivers
  • Working knowledge of advertising platforms (i.e. Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent numerate, analytical and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Episerver, Salesforce marketing cloud and/or Google data studio will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish and English
