Job Description :

  • Responsible for the development of sales strategies, to achieve pre-determined sales objectives that support the growth of the company’s business (WD, referencing, assortment, shelf, activation, revenue management).
  • Management of the assigned budget.
  • Implement the company’s sales policy, this by adapting it to client’s situation:
    • Recommend RSPs
    • Negotiate net invoice amounts
    • Introduction of new products
    • “Close” leaflets and publications
  • Development of projects.
  • Deal with large national modern distribution accounts and be in charge of the expansion of sales, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients,
  • Management of the account of results of the regional client. Analysis and follow up of client profitability. P&L management.
  • Regularly manage each client’s budget, seeking maximum payback for each action.
  • Preparation of sales forecasts for the client. Negotiate annual staff agreements based on forecasts, seeking the maximum of counterparts.
  • Coordination with Channel trade managers, to set targets and ensure execution.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Trade Marketing, Retail
  • 5 or more year experience in Sales
  • FMCG experience preferable in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of English
