Job Description

The SEA eCommerce Shopper Marketing Manager develops and implements the Shopper Marketing strategy and way of working across our SEA markets.

The SEA eCommerce Shopper Marketing Manager reports to the SEA Ecommerce manager and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

-      Develops SEA eCommerce Shopper Sales and Marketing strategy based on the overall sales strategy set by the APAC Sales Director

-      Develops CASA activation framework and deploys CASA eCommerce fundamentals guidelines to markets

-      Develops and supports implementation of pricing and promotion strategy across SEA markets

-      Lead in delivering and managing regional eCOM Digital assets & content for market implementation in partnership with regional marketing teams.

-      Develop Regional Partnerships/ Collaborations and help support activation in identified SEA markets

-      Supports digital/ local marketing activation of Regional Performance marketing campaigns to win at retailers’ platforms

-      Leads regional key metrics analysis and reporting including developing report frameworks to support local market activation and tracking.

-   Ensures sharing and evaluation of Joint Trade/ Shoppers Marketing plans across markets in order to create repeatable best practices. 
 

Qualifications

University degree. 

Additional Information

Must have: 

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related role

- Experience in Trade marketing and Ecommerce 

- Strong analytical skills set;

- Experience in FMCG business
