A TRULY GLOBAL TREASURY

Being part of the Global Treasury Team means being at the heart of the company’s dynamic entrepreneurial and corporate journey. In less than a year, we went public (IPO on Euronext Amsterdam), successfully completed a multi-billion refinancing of our capital structure and led many more exciting projects to add value to our business. The Treasury team is best described as high performing, fast-paced and trust-oriented to deliver together in a constantly evolving and demanding environment. We are looking for a true team-player who is eager to learn,  grow and develop into a well-seasoned Treasury professional and contribute to the future success of JDE and JDE Peet’s.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is designed to allow you to navigate through key Global Treasury and Corporate Finance priorities,   ensuring you a fast and exciting learning development. The exact focus of your day-to-day activities can be tailored to your background, level of experience and your aspirations. Topics of  involvement could be as varied as risk management, cash management, hedging execution, intercompany funding, and project work such as the continuous improvement of our cash management architecture.

The role requires a moderate level of flexible working conditions to support the international business needs. Occasional travel may be required for implementations and/or for maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will be part of JDE Peet’s Global Treasury Department and will report to a Global Treasury Manager.

For this role as Treasury Analyst, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Treasury related roles with a multinational company or in professional services such as consulting or banking;
  • An academic (or equivalent) degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting or a HBO degree and relevant treasury experience;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Demonstrated project management skills and strong analytical capabilities;
  • Proficient working and modelling experience with Excel and other financial applications;
  • Affinity with technology;
  • A can-do mentality and a result oriented approach and are comfortable working in a highly dynamic and demanding environment;
  • Proactiveness and an independent posture.
