Job Description

Sales Lead, Turkey position as the lead for all the commercial team (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Professional Channel and Shopper Marketing & Sales Strategy) will be responsible for the profitable & sustainable growth in channels and the organizational development of the commercial team.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
  • Senior sales / commercial experience
  • Proven track record in the management of a sales team.
  • Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and initiate action.
  • Strong teamwork, coaching and leadership capabilities
  • Strong managerial and negotiation skills
