Job Description

As part of our Research, Development and Operations (RD&O) organization, the JDE Procurement function is on a journey to transition into a world-class procurement organization delivering excellence for all JDE business ambitions. In the job opportunity of Global Procurement Analyst, you will be part of the Global Procurement Excellence team and take a big responsibility in optimizing our procurement processes worldwide. 

In this role, you will be directly responsible for: 

  • Analyzing material costs for budget and costing process purposes for your assigned category
  • Supporting all Vendor Management activities related to our Source-To-Pay process
  • Assure vendor management data and continuously improve in-depth and synthesized analysis
  • Develop automation opportunities (robotics/analytical tools) to improve process efficiency and simplification
  • Develop breakthrough analytical models that support strategic business priorities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies & procedures

For this job opening, our preferred candidate would have: 

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree, in Business Economics or a related field
  • Over 2 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience or exposure to a wide range over different procurement activities and categories
  • High level of analytical abilities with knowledge of statistical and predictive modelling
  • Digital savviness, being experience working with Excel, SAP Ariba and other procurement systems
  • A strong drive, great interpersonal and communication skills, on top of problem-solving capabilities 
  • The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
