ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a perfect role for someone looking to cut their teeth in the FMCG world and the manufacturing space! The Logistics Coordinator – Transport is part of the Warehouse team who form a key part of the wider Manufacturing function.  The role of will involve full responsibility for the management of domestic and export trailers, inbound and outbound from the Banbury site. This will also include liaising with a number of third-party drivers, to ensure trailer movements are safely and efficiently managed on a daily basis. As well as daily interactions with other associates, the role will involve working with a number of software systems.

This role plays an integral part in the day to day running of the warehouse which requires a high level of organisation as well as building and maintaining excellent relationships with the operational teams and is an Excellent position for someone with strong organizational skills and time management with a passion for Logisitcs!

  • Aged Stock
  • SAP, 4FLOW, INET
  • Coordinate Trailer to Door
  • Packing Pallet Plan
  • Block Quarantined Stock
  • Organise Stock Returns DHL
  • Coordinate Running Loads Out
  • Coordinate Loading Trailers
  • Export Tasks
  • Purchase Order Discrepancies
  • Arrange Theromofisher

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Strong and proven administrative background.
  • Previous system experience on SAP and warehouse management systems desirable.
  • Highly organised individual, able to make quick decisions in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Able to engage efficiently within a team, with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
  • Experience of working in a KPI targeted environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of problem-solving tasks, and able to deliver root cause analysis feedback in a timely manner.
