ABOUT THE ROLE

The Logistics Coordinator – Coffee is part of the Warehouse team who form a key part of the wider Manufacturing function.  The role of logistics coordinator will involve full accountability for the inbound and outbound movements of bulk coffee, including inventory, scheduling of tote movers and system management. This will include ownership of all onsite rework and blending of coffee. Full management of end to end process with off-site storage, this includes liaising with stakeholders around the business and the ability to manage cost implications.

This role plays an integral part in the day to day running of the warehouse which requires a high level of organisation as well as building and maintaining excellent relationships with the operational teams and is a fantastic role for someone with exceptional organization skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Management of bulk inbound/outbound loads
  • Creation and management of tote movers schedule
  • Management of bulk bag inventory and capacity
  • Ownership and creation of blending plan
  • Phoenix housekeeping
  • SAP, Phoenix system management
  • Organise wet rework
  • Setup and management of Agglo recipe plan’s
  • Creation and ownership WBI (whole bean instant) recipe
  • Provide transparency for the business by delivering needed reports and analysis in-time

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Strong and proven administrative background.
  • Previous system experience on SAP and warehouse management systems desirable.
  • Highly organised individual, able to make quick decisions in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Able to engage efficiently within a team, with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
  • Experience of working in a KPI targeted environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of problem-solving tasks, and able to deliver root cause analysis feedback in a timely manner.
