Job Description

Reporting to the Director Global Procurement Media, Marketing, HR & Professional Services, the Global Buyer Professional & HR Services will be responsible for sourcing, category and supplier management supporting stakeholders centrally and around the world.

You can help shape the future and make an impact. We are looking for a passionate Global Buyer to join our Procurement team. For your own categories (e.g. talent management, talent acquisition, outsourcing, mobility) you will have the opportunity to set the direction and lead negotiations on a global level and to interact with the local markets. Besides that you will support and work closely with the Global Procurement Manager HR & Fleet on cross functional, strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

Within the role as Global Buyer Professional & HR Services you will have the following responsibilities:

  • End to end sourcing activity within the defined categories. Including running tenders, negotiations and contracting process
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across central and local teams
  • Developing new innovative sourcing strategies identifying opportunities based on business needs
  •  Identify and prioritize opportunities to deliver cost savings and drive the implementation of the plans to capture those opportunities
  • Supplier Relationship management. Managing evaluations and addressing relationship opportunities and issues. Responsible for improvement action planning.
  • Keeps oversight over set of contracts within category and ensures contract compliance considering performance, payments terms, prices, discounts & rebates in close collaboration with business.
