As part of JDE’s Global Procurement team, you will support the HR, Car Fleet and Professional services procurement category managers in:  

• Managing procurement projects and initiatives (RFI/RFPs, global commercial and contractual negotiations) 
• Supporting procurement global strategies and supplier implementations, in connection with local teams 
• Supporting and managing the relationship with key vendors and ensuring that vendor performance meets or exceeds JDE’s requirements 
• Managing global contracts and monitoring performance against contractual commitments (SLAs, KPI’s) 
• Supporting in category analysis and spend reporting
• Driving compliance of procurement processes, tools and best practice initiatives

For this role as a Global Procurement Intern, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: 

• Bachelor/Master in Procurement,  Business or any related field 
• Experience in Procurement and/or Project management in an international environment is a plus 
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Good communication (and negotiation) skills 
• Ability to work with others as a team player 
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel). Knowledge of Procurement tools (SAP, SAP Ariba or similar) is a plus. 
• Fluent English 
• Ready to start in February 2021
