Job Description

As JDE Professional, we are the B2B division of JDE.  By reaching consumers when they are out of home – whether at work, in university, in care, in an airport, or a hotel – we strengthen the core purpose of our company: to bring a coffee for every cup.  Today JDE Professional comprises 2900 employees across the world, who are responsible for growing Eur1bn of revenues in 35 markets. 

Within JDE we are working on a digital transformation to dramatically enhance our customers’ experience as well as our ability to drive growth in the markets. Identify the moments that define the customer journey and use them to send customers personalized messages at the right moment using intelligent marketing automation. To support this acceleration we launched a set first class suit of new cloud-based products for JDE Professional: Salesforce, Apttus, ClickSoft, Marketing Cloud, SAP Hana and EPiServer.

For this challenge, we are looking for an ambitious Global Product Owner who’s capable of delivering end-2-end customer journeys that will bring most customer value to create the next-generation of customer experience.

You will report into the Global Business Process Owner Digital and your core responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver personalized experiences at every step of the customer lifecycle by using marketing automation  
  • Lead the roll-out of end-2-end journeys (lead generation, eCommerce & retention) to new markets
  • Rapidly increase adoption of Marketing Automation in local markets and develop and deliver training to continuously improve them
  • Further build our Marketing Automation roadmap in collaboration with local markets
  • Driving business value for all initiatives by evaluating ideas from the markets against customers’ needs and business goals and prioritizing user stories accordingly
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog and together with DevOps (on- and offshore) deliver new functionality and fixes with Agile way of working
  • Listen to the “voice of the business” by collating change requests related to Marketing Cloud
  • Define, develop and deliver KPI dashboard for local markets to further embed adoption and drive performance
  • Set up a CRM Centre of Excellence with local digital specialists and stakeholders from Marketing and IT.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record. You are a great Product Owner and know how to guide and inspire local markets.

  • 5+ years of relevant digital marketing and or CRM experience, both strategic and hands-on
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with marketing automation solutions (Marketing Cloud certified would be great!)
  • 2+ years’ of Agile Scrum/Product owner experience, certified Product Owner
  • Experience in data driven customer experience strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills, and data driven approach to constantly analyse user feedback and analytics report
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • Eager to empower and train local digital marketeers
  • Understanding of Salesforce products would be ideal.
