The JDE Global eCommerce Team is a young but experienced team of digital & eCommerce experts. We are responsible for developing the global eCommerce activities and online experience for JDE Brands and work in close alignment with local markets and other global departments. 
As E-Commerce Content System Specialist within the Global Team you will play a critical role in content strategy, writing/editing, and maintenance for our eShops (LOR & Tassimo) on the Magento 2 platform. You will realize changes and implementations of content (brand; product; promotional; hygiene) to translate our brands to a relevant and inspiring variety of content, and will guard the quality of the content and planning of all content related activities. You will closely work together with the team to review and continuous improve the website. Working with the JDE Global eCommerce Team means you’ll be making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment. We work in a full agile setup, celebrating success and supporting one another.

As E-Commerce Content System Specialist at JDE, you will be responsible for:
•    Configure Promotions and Discounts 
•    Launch and maintain Products (new product development, bundles, delisting, etc)
•    Optimize Product Content on PDP and PLP
•    Create relevant content and landing pages based on SEO strategy and execution
•    Be part of Development Team in Continuous Improvement and create stories and test functionality
•    Optimize Conversion together with CRO Specialists based on testing 
•    Personalize the shops based on insights of our consumer segments
•    Improve the Brand Strategy with Global Brand Teams

For this role as E-Commerce Content System Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
•    Bachelor degree
•    2-3 years of experience in content management systems (CMS) with a pre for Magento 2 (Page Builder)
•    Experience in configuring products, promotions, and content in CMS, HTML, CSS
•    Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics
•    Experience with A/B testing tools
•    Experience with personalization and segmentation
•    Experience in UX/UX Research is a plus
•    Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Technical and analytical, also creative
•    Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support when needed
•    Comfortable working in an agile working environment
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
