Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, talented and conceptual thinking Industrial Design Intern starting in March 2021 for a period of 6 months (full time) to support our Design team (please be aware it’s not a graduation project). As an industrial design intern you will be working for our retail and professional portfolio on the conceptualization of brewers and consumables to achieve the best consumer experience for our coffee lovers. You will have the opportunity to work on global design and Ux projects and to leave your mark on multiple enterprise programs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate exhibits excellent conceptualization and visualizations skills, along with a good level of sketching and communications skills (verbal, visual and writing).

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design.
  • Digital proficiency in the use of tools such as SolidWorks, Keyshot and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good level of sketching skills to communicate ideas and show design intentions.
  • A diverse portfolio showing the way of thinking and design skills.
  • A passion for design and exploring new opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

To be successful in this role you need to be enrolled at a University/HBO, studying Industrial Design for the whole duration of the internship. Please note that non-EU students enrolled in EU University should have right to work for the whole extend of the internship.

You are highly motivated, an excellent communicator, fluent in English, inquisitive, analytical and prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

The monthly internship allowance is € 450,- for a HBO student or € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The internship starts at the beginning of March 2021, and is for a period of 6 months.
