Job Description

In your role as HR Business Partner for the Central Functions you will be a part of the Global Human Resources team, supporting the global teams of the Central Functions (such as Global Finance, E-Commerce, Global Sales, Marketing).

You will pro-actively pick up on  the needs of line managers, implement key HR processes and come with solutions to challenges in the business. In addition, you will work on various projects within these departments. You will report into the HR Director of the Central Functions.

Summary responsibilities:

  • Acting as business partner on HR topics for both line managers and associates of in which you provide sound advice in employee relations;
  • Coordinating, improving and implementing the HR processes while shaping the performance culture;
  • Managing the HR agenda on topics such as sickness absence, job evaluations, talent management, performance development;
  • Working on projects as required by HR & business.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a University degree and have 6+ years of HR experience in a Consumer Goods environment. Ideally, you have working knowledge of Dutch labour law and have experienced HR in a fast moving environment. You have well-developed English communication skills, are structured and organized, can handle competing priorities and have a solid credibility. Last but not least, you have a strong business acumen  in combination with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
