Job Description

This role will see you driving brand and account strategies! You will also lead, inspire and develop a great team to deliver even more than they already do (they are amazing already).
 
On top that, you will: 

  • Build strong relationships internally with Marketing and Category to ensure we are making the correct commercial decisions
  • Execute promotional programs with our retail partners 
  • Present and drive NPD at Head Office and into stores
  • Manage financials including trade spend, accruals and monthly reporting
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience leading a sales team or senior sales / account management experience within the FMCG / Retail space (ideally with existing relationships with Foodstuffs) 
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen 
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Team player with a willingness to get out in stores with the team
  • Willingness and ability to travel within NZ – approx. 1-2 overnight trips per month
  • Outstanding relationship building skills (both externally and internally) 
  • An upbeat positive attitude with a passion for all things coffee and Tea!
