Job Description

Are you curious about the daily activities of HR business partners? Do you want to have impact by creative thinking about the implementation of diverse HR projects? Are you looking for an internship with many responsibilities? Then we are looking for you!

As an intern in HR within JDE RD&O you will work closely with the HR Business Partners. HRBP’s are important players in all HR activities; supporting several business units within the organization. Examples are assisting in the development and implementation of HR processes and tools such as Performance management, Engagement and Development. Also, HRBP’s are involved in coaching managers and other employees.

In this role you will experience what it’s like to work as an HRBP and collaborate with the partners and the business units. We expect you to have a hands-on mentality and to work proactively. You will work on projects alone or with the HRBP’s, be a part of the team and support in daily activities.

As an intern you will be fully embraced by the HR RD&O team, but you will also be in contact with other departments within JDE. Moreover, we have an active intern network organizing events and after work drinks every month. And … you will get to consume great JDE coffee and tea every working day!

To be successful in this role you need to be enrolled at a University for the whole duration of the internship, studying for a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration. You are highly motivated, an excellent communicator, fluent in English, a self-starter, have great analytical capabilities, an eye for details and are prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment .

The monthly internship allowance is € 500,- for a WO student, based on a fulltime 40 hour workweek. The internship starts per mid January or February . You are available for a period of minimum 5 months. You have the possibility to work from home as well as the office in Utrecht.
