In this full time permanent role you will focus on things such as: 

• Managing key projects around equipment, investments into plant, reduction of emissions etc 
• Lead skilled Maintenance  / Engineering team of 4
• Continue to develop and drive the Preventative Maintenance  and CI culture throughout entire plant 
• Installing and commissioning equipment

To become our new CI and Engineering Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Engineering  / Lean 6 Sigma qualifications
• Well developed project management skills 
• Solid commercial and financial acumen
• Previous management experience in industrial/manufacturing, preferably FMCG
• Proven ability to coach and train others
• Willingness to interact with global teams (often in unfriendly timezones)
• Show a high degree of initiative and an understanding on how the relevant department fits into the wider operation
• Exhibit a passion for success, a commitment to complying with the rules and an ability to organise self and others
• Presentation and meeting skills – excellent verbal and written communication skill to interact with management and to display diplomacy and patience when communicating with others
