Job Description

  • The CI & Quality Manager leads overall improvement / CI program by providing productivity tools, trainings and analysis (e.g. lean, 6 sigma).
  • In the 2nd function the position leads the quality team, executes some quality engineering tasks and is accountable for quality standards and processes tracking.
  • The CI & Quality Manager leads the MOS implementation (CI) as well as leads and develops quality systems and the quality team.
  • All quality matters are handled according to food legal, food safety and environmental requirements, JDE policies and integrity rules and the respective organization and systems are set up accordingly.

 

Qualifications

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or higher education in Engineering or other related field
  • Languages: gernan and english
  • 2 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing leading position
  • Proven CI / lean manufacturing skills or cross-functional exposure and collaboration
  • Experience of change management within the factory to improve organization performance, including Safety and Quality.
  • Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma
