Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, this is an incredible opportunity to work on Australia’s most loved coffee brand. You will enjoy the benefits and resources which come with working for a Global company, whilst being empowered through the ownership of a local brand. Australia is the lead Market for the brand which is expanding offshore, and in this role you will be responsible for developing the marketing plan based on the business strategy, brand and communication development, influencing and bringing to market innovation and building exposure of the brand with internal stakeholders.

In this full time role based in Gordon you will:

  • Develop and implement the vision and marketing plan
  • Be responsible for portfolio management & deployment, NPD management, media planning, campaign creation and execution
  • Managing commercials / financials for brand portfolio
  • Partner internally to drive even greater brand success

As our new Brand Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in an FMCG or closely related organisation - ideally in a larger scale business
  • Proven track record in launching innovation into market
  • Experience in developing marketing communication and building agency partnerships
  • Strong financial/ commercial acumen and be comfortable working with P&Ls and business cases
  • Ability to perform at independent Brand Manager level
  • Incredible drive, ability to work both autonomously and within a team, high energy and a passion for branding
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
