Job Description

This position is not limited to daily order processing and complaint handling. You will be the point of contact for all customer queries with the opportunity to manage a small team of 3 Customer Service Specialists. You will be accountable for the customer service strategy which is focused on keeping existing customers based on a target oriented sales strategy, delivering excellent customer service, improving the network, upselling and cross selling our products and managing inbound & outbound calls and participating in projects across departments. These are big shoes to fill as we say a mini farewell to one of our own to welcome a new bubba into the world.

  • People leadership experience - ideally a coaching style and a proactive approach
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute as part of the Professional Business Unit Senior Leadership Team
  • Well developed communication skills 
  • Project Management skills
  • Focus and intention around continuous improvement 
  • Action orientation - drive things to completion
