Job Description

Are you a Coffee Superstar looking to join a strong and vibrant Customer Service Team? 

  • Customer contact for all JDE NZ Retail portfolios.  
  • High pressure role processing orders, queries, credit notes and other admin tasks. 
  • Liaise with and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders - DCs, Supply Chain, Sales 
  • Follow processes to provide superior service with accuracy. 
  • Fun and lively team of coffee enthusiasts who value direct and clear communication.
  • Champion our brands and show your enthusiasm for who we are and the brands we supply (Bell, Jeds, LOR, Moccona, Hummingbird, Gravity).

  • SAP experience
  • Self-starter and multitasking superstar. 
  • Process driven, able to manage work schedule independently.
  • Quick learner!
