Job Description

As a Channel & Category Development Manager you will be responsible for managing overall category vision for defining the long and short-term growth opportunities and managing channel sales strategy, promotional strategy and sales priorities securing OpEx KPIs delivery. You will closely cooperate with Marketing Team to reflect brands' strategies in Channel Sales Strategy and with Sales Team to reflect channels needs in Channel Sales Strategy. 

Other responsibilities:

  • Providing the controlling/analyzing/reporting tools to evaluate Sales Priorities process (promo activities/POSM) and implementing them in cooperation with Shopper Marketing
  • Leading the proposal of new promotional activity with JDE products to increase promotional effectiveness per customer
  • Leading, participating and supporting of special/exclusive projects with customers

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of working experience in key account management,  additional shopper marketing or marketing experience would be a plus
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of commercial know-how
  • Academic background demonstrating excellent analytical, planning, problem solving  capabilities
  • Independence and ability to create strong impact with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
