Job Description

Head of Sales is accountable for generating revenue.  The role will be responsible to translate and implement sales strategy to achieve short & long term sales goals. Head of Sales will be accountable for development and execution of global accounts, local accounts, distributors, and sales plans in order to ensure that country sales volume & profitability objectives are met.

The role will be responsible for leading the sales team include sales, account management, general trade sales, shopper marketing, and managing e-commerce channels. Frequent traveling across the country is required for meetings, trade visits.  The role must have flexible attitude in working outside office hours if necessary.

Qualifications

Master degree, MBA preferred

>15 years of experiences in FMCG industry, international company preferred.

Senior Sales experience

Proven track record in the management of a sales team.

Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic-driven, confidence and risk taking.

Experience in working in a complex corporate structure.

Proven ability to anticipate needs and initiate action.
