The department of Global Information Services (GIS), administers this in three expertise area’s: Service & Operations, Enterprise Solutions and Strategy & Planning. 

As Business Process Manager you will be part of the Enterprise Solutions team and take responsibility for managing and improving the support services of our Make-To-Demand and R&D technologies. In this role, you will be interacting with a variety of senior stakeholders in JDE Operation, external Partners and other JDE IT teams. 

You will also be responsible for:  

• Executing application support services for our MTD and R&D systems; 
• Developing a continuous improvement program that captures accurate IT Delivery and support. 
• Delivering repeatable and robust implementation capabilities. 
• Ensuring an efficient cost-for-value on roll-outs, upgrades, maintenance and application lifecycle management
• Maintaining our agility to upgrade, integrate and maintain our systems easily
• Supporting the Agile and DevOps transformation at JDE

Our preferred candidate would have: 

• A Bachelor or Masters degree, in IT or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in implementing technologies in large multimillion implementation programs
• Working experience in both IT Delivery and application management.  
• The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
• Well-developed people- and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
