Job Description

As Supply Chain Planning Business Process Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Solutions team and take responsibility for managing and improving the global IT template for our supply chain planning technologies. In this role, you will interact with senior supply-chain stakeholders in JDE worldwide, external technology providers and other JDE IT teams. 

You will be responsible for:  

  • Advising the JDE Operations and IT leadership on the global IT strategy for our supply chain planning activities. 
  • Creating value into our global planning processes and business KPI’s thru advanced technologies
  • Having a lead role in implementing the technology strategy through standardization, harmonization and simplification of business processes and IT solutions
  • Developing a project funnel that captures accurate IT innovations and business cases
  • Delivering repeatable and robust delivery capabilities in the SCP area
  • Ensuring an efficient cost-for-value of the SCP template
  • Supporting the Agile and DevOps transformation at JDE

Our preferred candidate would have: 

  • A bachelor or master’s degree, in IT or a related field
  • Over seven years of experience implementing complex SAP APO solutions, across multiple geographies
  • Preferred if candidate has knowledge of SAP IBP / S4 Hana and/or other supply chain planning applications like JDA, 09 etc.
  • Working experience in process lead roles and activities like design thinking, application selection, blueprinting, build, testing, deployment, and user training
  • The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
  • Well-developed people- and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
