This role will manage the Technical Integration team within Enterprise Solutions.

Job Description

For our Enterprise Solutions team, we are currently looking to hire an experienced COE Manager with a wide experience in leading teams on global ERP and CRM integration projects. 

In this role, you will enable continuous improvement of integration processes through IT initiatives. You will take responsibility for developing the system integration strategy and capture opportunities for improvements. You will partner in complex business projects with other global and regional IT teams, to help implement solutions. You will also ensure the Technical Integration team acts as a template custodian in close collaboration with other IT teams in JDE. 

In this role, you will have responsibility for:  

  • Enabling the future objectives for our technical integration technologies and architecture
  • Delivering strong and repeatable delivery capabilities on integration
  • Ensuring operational effectiveness, people management and the financial COE execution within budget
  • Maintaining a close collaboration with various business and IT stakeholders in JDE
  • Becoming a “top-of-class” team in the field of technical integration
  • Creating the best cost for value delivered
  • Maintaining our agility to upgrade, integrate and maintain our systems easily
  • Supporting the Agile and DevOps transformation at JDE
     

Qualifications

Our preferred candidate would also have: 

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in IT or a related field
  • Beyond 8 years of experience in managing teams on global integration projects
  • Hands-on experience with integration/middleware technologies like Dell Boomi and Mulesoft
  • Extensive knowledge of EAI, EDI, ESB, IoT, iPaaS tools & HIP
  • A track-record on leadership responsibility, managing midsize to large teams across multiple geographies 
  • A track-record as company thought leader on technical integration, with a deep understanding of market developments on business processes & IT solutions
  • A successful background as key influencer towards senior management & stakeholders 
  • The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
