We have a 100-year old heritage of roasting coffee in Gävle and we are now looking for a driven quality engineer to join our team.

Job Description

As a Production Engineer, you will be engaging with production teams and departments to identify, analyse, understand and eliminate losses including quality and safety losses. you will do so, with great integrity and with a sense of order and being able to create an overview.

You will use Operational Excellence tools to create and implement standards for sustainability which drives continuous improvement. You find it important, yet exciting to better both systems and "how-to", but also your own work routines. 

You will Initiate, lead and role model to improve productivity and develop our culture with hands on approach. You see the importance in developing not only systems, but also as a person, and find it a grounded value of who you are.

Furthermore you will update relevant information, tracking and report systems, to streamline processes and align it with the company values.

Qualifications

We are looking for a curious & inquisitive mindset, a self driving employee - always keen to learn new things with a strong team ethic. Ideally, you will have a: 

•University Degree (Bachelor) in Engineering

•Profound knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies like AM and Lean

•Experience in manufacturing environment in FMCG

•Abilities in MS Office and possess strong analytic and statistic skills, and have the ability to work independently.
