Job Description

  • Responsible for all components of the online channel strategy (priorities, visibility standards, route-to-market, promo pricing, assortment, launch of new products) development and implementation such as:
  1. Grocery on-line
  2. Pure Play
  3. Market Place
  4. E-shop
  5. Social Commerce
  • Responsible for P&L of on-line channel across segments, delivering net revenue growth target, managing pricing, promo propositions, product mix and investments in non-price activations and initiatives (e.g. sampling, enriching content, promotion via Social Commerce)  
  • Key Account Management of key Pure play Retailer ROZETKA - negotiations and selling, strategy development, promo management, operations and managing P&L delivering Net Revenue and Gross Margin growth
  • Management of Pure play players for Single Serve category (6 Customers) in cooperation with Distributor and looking for new potential Customers and in partnership with Marketing team
  • Responsible for P&L of Cash & Carry channel (2 customers – METRO and FOZZY) developing strategy and plan in close cooperation with Key Account department - Promo pricing and plan, Assortment, new product launch, product mix management, other investments in Customers
  • Drive Alternative channel Net Revenue growth delivering strategy development and vis strong cooperation with sales team across all segments and subchannels e.g. Petrol stations, Electro, Drogerie&Beauty

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about coffee
  • Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • Solid background in sales, trade marketing or business development 3+ years in FMCG area
  • Online sales expertise, experience of e-shop launch and success story of product promotion via social media
  • Agile thinking
  • Experience of sales strategy development for online sales channel
  • Business acumen, project management and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in negotiations with retailers
  • Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English
  • PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Nielsen
