Job Description


Ambitious Lead to grow our Espresso House concepts in the Nordics

For our Nordic marketing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for our new Nordic Commercial specialist for our recently launched Espresso House concepts.

In close cooperation with the local sales and marketing teams in Denmark, Sweden and Norway you will become responsible for driving the expansion of our unmanned Espresso House concepts across out of home customer segments in all three markets. You will manage the performance of the existing placements and work closely together with sales to materialize new opportunities. Furthermore, you will lead the ongoing development of the concepts to ensure that it at all time addresses the needs with our customers and consumers. Together with key contacts at Espresso House you make sure that concept development and activation is in line with the Espresso House brand.

In this role you will report to our Nordic Category Manager Premium and join a passionate marketing team in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications


Responsibilities:

  • Grow the concepts in line with central marketing guidelines
  • Identify and deliver the future Go to Market strategy (including pricing and promotions guidance to sales)
  • Partner with sales to explore new business opportunities and/or models, to grow penetration
  • Partner with local segment marketing and Nordic digital team to develop targeted marketing campaigns (digital lead generation, seasonal promotions, POS material) and ensure regular customer activation of placements
  • Performance management: manage the marketing budget and concept P&L results and KPIs, then design and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Work in close partnership with the global Barista Station team and the Nordic  to deliver growth according to business case and establishing the premium Espresso House experience that our customers are looking for
  • Adapt the global selling tools and a Perfect Fit selling story for best local use
  • Actively communicate and champion the concepts to inspire sales, segment marketing, operations, customer service and external partners to achieve the defined targets
  • Build winning partnerships internally toward key stakeholders and externally toward customers.
  • Provide regular input to global team about performance, best practices, competitive analyses, customer requirements and ideas for future concept development

Your professional background and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience, of which at least 3 years in marketing, preferably in Foodservice/B2B. Sales experience is a pre.
  • Ability to handle operational complexity
  • Analytical and strategic skills
  • Innovative and result driven mindset
  • Pragmatic and positive under pressure
  • Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple departments and create strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communicative skills (verbal and written) in English and a Nordic language
  • Passion for super premium coffee and tea

Additional Information


The daily workplace will be at our Nordic headquarter in Ørestaden in Copenhagen, but travel to other locations, international and domestic, will be required.
