• Acts as the key liaison across respective cluster including the business units, the information technology teams, and external IT partners (peer industry, etc.).
• Develop a deep understanding of how the business works, the issues and challenges it faces, and use of technology to address those business needs.
• Engages with Global ITM,  IT Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Solution, Service & Operations and Portfolio Management teams to assess the technology options and capabilities and develop business cases.
• Communicates the IT strategy & initiatives to the business and ensures that the business stakeholders are aware of the IT strategic planning and priorities.
• Ensures that the IT cost model for the cluster is accurate and transparent.
• In alignment with Global teams, drives within the cluster Continuous Improvement, Cost Reduction, Vendor management, Standardization of the GIS services.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Business Proficiency in English and German
• Very good communication and project management skills also in global /multinational setting
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Proven leadership skills
• ITIL or Prince2 certification is preferred
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%)
