Job Description

Are you passionate about coffee? Are you a commercially driven HR professional and a great talent developer? Do you want to be a part of a Nordic HR Team? Do you deliver on the operational HR agenda while keeping a long-term focus?

In this newly created role as Nordic Talent Development Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic and driven HR team, and you will be reporting to the Nordic HR Director, who is based in Copenhagen.

In this position, you will work closely together with colleagues in the HR Team and Line Managers across the business – and you will be responsible for helping us deliver on our employee value proposition. This role will help developing innovative talent strategies and engagement initiatives. You will oversee Learning and Development and Talent Management strategy.

You will be responsible development programs that help achieve our business strategy and objectives.

Keys to success in this role include: excellent communication skills, solid project management skills, effective at building strong relationships and influencing at all levels across the organization, ability to be both strategic and execute with great thoughtfulness and attention to detail and a dedication to delivering work of the highest calibre.

This is a key role within the organization and requires a person of vision, integrity and commitment as well as substantial experience, maturity and judgment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years proven people and organisational development expertise  from an international corporate environment, preferably from FMCG 
  • Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
  • Good understanding of job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed
  • Resilient and results-driven with hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced and flexible environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details is a must
  • Fluency in English and one other Nordic language
  • Bachelor degree – as a minimum, either HR or commercial
