The Plant Controller is responsible for reporting, interpreting and analysing actual and planned financial results of tea supply chain operations in Turkey to assist management in making informed business decisions.

The Plant Controller is the linking pin between different finance and the various plants and packing facilities, plant management, country management and MEA leadership team and manages the daily operation from a finance and controlling point of view.

The Plant Controller is based in Istanbul Head Office and reports to Finance Lead, Turkey and has no direct reports.

• BA preferably in Economics / Finance
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, preferably in an international FMCG company in a trading and/or supply chain/operations environment
• Experience with cost price calculations, investment calculations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• SAP knowledge
• Accurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills,
• Team player, hands-on, proactive, excellent communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency
• Up to date and in-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP is desirable.
• Fluency in English
