Job Description

  • Coordinate core HR processes for Plant: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensations&Benefits, Talent Development, Learning&Development with support of HR Business Partners
  • Develop HR policies, procedures and documentation within local regulations and corporate guidelines
  • Co-lead culture related initiatives
  • Budget people related costs, control the actuals with close cooperation with Finance
  • Track HR KPIs
  • Key user of HR system “Success Factors” for Plant organization
  • Coordinate work of Administrative Specialist & Labor Relations Specialist

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Economics, Human Resources etc.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • 2 years of experience as HR Specialist in the international company
  • Experience in few of core HR processes (Talent Acquisition would be beneficial)
  • Ability to work with change, drive change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • English - intermediate
