Job Description

Are you passionate about coffee? Are you a commercially driven HR professional and a great talent spotter? Do you want to be a part of a Nordic HR Team? Do you deliver on the operational HR agenda while keeping a long-term focus?

In this newly created role as Nordic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic and driven HR team, and you will be reporting to the Nordic HR Director, who is based in Copenhagen. This position is all about attracting, identifying and hiring the best talent that will make a difference to our great business.

In this position, you will work closely together with colleagues in the HR Team and Line Managers across the business - and you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

You will be identifying, recruiting and hiring a broad range of professionals with different personalities and skill sets, ensuring the right fit with our company values and to our unique culture.

You will further develop the existing recruitment process to drive an effective and streamlined interview process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and closing of candidates.

Maintaining and developing a “passive” pool of talents by creatively networking on LinkedIn and other social media.

You will also have a main role in building the JDE Employer Brand - and evolvement and implementation of other key HR projects and activities.

Tracking and managing people metrics are also a key focus in this position.

Qualifications

About you

·       Minimum 5 years proven recruiting experience in an international corporate environment, preferably from FMCG 

·       Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders

·       Good understanding of job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed

·       Resilient and results-driven with hands-on mentality

·       Ability to work independently in a fast paced and flexible environment

·       Strong project management skills and attention to details is a must

·       HR bachelor’s degree – or similar (as minimum)

·       Fluency in English and one other Nordic language
