Job Description

The HR Business Partner, MU & Labor Industrial Manager aims to support the local organization in building leadership capability within the company, driving a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement. The role is accountable for executing the local HR agenda including people aspects as compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, local labor relations and associate engagement.

Qualifications

  • Min 8 years of experience in HR, mostly in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of HR processes
  • Proven experience in project management 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • The position is expected to travel frequently - 1 or 2 weeks to Trabzon
