Job Description

For the Nordic HQ, in Ørestad (Copenhagen), we are looking for a Sales Activation Manager focusing on the Danish and Swedish Sales unit. Please note, that the role is a maternity cover (12 months).

The Sales Activation Manager is responsible for developing trade and point of sales material for local activations. To develop, monitoring and implement the country and account specific trade activities in close collaboration with the Field Sales team and Brand Activation Manager. Activations to include displays, shelf communication, trade materials, demonstration in store, promotional packaging and shelf material and ownership for contract with producing supplier and demonstration agency.

The goal is to guarantee the perfect in-store presentations of all retail brands, including sales and marketing targets by using the right activations and communication displays in and outside the shelves for both Sweden and Denmark.

Key activities:

  • Execite on Activation plans, define KPI and budget
  • Develop trail, recruitment and sales activation
  • Decide how to present and activate new product launches in store
  • Responsible for developing display solutions and shelf materials
  • Responsible for all contact with external demo agencies, producing POS supplier and Warehouse stock and management
  • Responsible for the internal contact with the Field Sales team and Brand Activation Manager     
  • Create the plan for all activities and campaigns for next coming year aligned with Nordic and Sales strategy
  • Budget responsibility and P&L ownership for the Trade Marketing budget
  • Analyze and follow up the ROI (return of investment) and improving the campaigns impact on the sales result
  • Responsible for managing all material data in SAP and E-Buy 
  • Present action plans at sales conferences
  • Gathering facts and insights about our consumer and shoppers in order to increase conversion rate in store

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail
  • FMCG experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish and English

 Competences:

  • Structured and detail oriented
  • Driven and focused 
  • Proactive and an experienced project manager
  • Creative problem solver
